The program was very comprehensive, but at the same time not too technical and time consuming to learn. My only initial complaint was that I wouldn't be able to lose as quickly as I wanted to. Until I realized that this program gave me steady weight loss that I have been able to successfully keep off over time. It changed my outlook and has put me on the track of a true lifestyle change.

I have been happily using the Strip That Fat program now for many months and I have lost a consistent 2 lbs a week! A couple weeks it has been only 1, but since this has become a lifestyle change for me I have no problem getting back on track. With the ability to create my own eating plan with everything I LIKE to eat has made this not even seem like a diet.

Fat Loss 4 Idiots Review

This program is second on my list for the best way to lose abdominal fat. I had quite a few people swearing by this one. It does have a unique approach towards dieting. The claim is that you can lose at least 9 lbs every 11 days.

The price was a little higher than the last one, but nothing outragous. You also have two options to choose between. The regular program and the discounted ad-on. The only thing is that to get the ad-on you must buy it with your initial purchase as they do not allow you to buy it later. So, of course I bought it with the ad-on for only $55.95. It was also downloadable right then and there.

Their program consists of "special calories", "pattern eating", and "calorie shifting". It sounds strange at first, but they fully explain everything inside. It's based around hormones and a bunch of other scientific things. I did like being able to eat more than 3 times a day, but found some of the specifics with eating to be a little to complicated for me to follow religiously.

I did lose about 6 lbs in 11 days. In the end though, I felt that I wouldn't be able to keep it up over time. I didn't like having to learn an entire new approach to everything and trying to learn their "terms". Again I am a busy women and didn't have enough time to put into learning everything. So, this one wasn't the my best way to lose abdominal fat.

I do know many people who rave about this diet. Therefore, I would have to say that if you are tired of all of the "normal" ways of doing a diet then maybe you should try this program out for size.

Cheat Your Way Thin Review

This is the first program to show me some results on my quest to find the best way to lose abdominal fat. Just from the title I thought this would be the best one for me. It seemed to fix one of the main problems with dieting that I've found and that I'm sure you have problems with too. Hardest part always seemed to be not being able to eat the foods that you really want to.

The price is not bad at all. It was (and still is I believe) on sale for $47. The best part is that you receive it right away as an instant download. So, no waiting around for two wks while you lose your momentum for losing weight. They also have a 60 day money back guarantee so I didn't have anything to lose.

The diet wasn't hard per se since you do get to "cheat" very often. Unfortunately the problem was that I couldn't stop cheating once i started. Also, the other part I wasn't very excited about was the amount of exercise I needed to do. I have no problem working out, but I'm a busy woman and I just couldn't fit any more exercising into my day.

I tried for around 3 wks, but I didn't see the results that I wanted to. I lost about 8 lbs. during those few wks which is good, but I was having too hard a time with the diet for this to end up being a long-term change in my life.

I do have a friend who had better success and truly loves this diet plan though. She said the cheating has helped her tremendously and she lost a steady 2-4 lbs a wk. So if you have the ability to cheat yet know when enough is enough then this product may be for you.

My verdict of this program is that it is not the best way to lose abdominal fat.

Hi everyone! My name is Sarah. This is my first site/blog. I'm not very tech-savvy, but my friends told me this is the place to be. I wanted to find a way to get my story out there for everyone like me who has struggled with their weight their whole lives. I have had this problem for almost my entire 27 yrs on this lovely planet of ours.

My story isn't much different than yours I'm sure, but I will tell it so you can see that you too can achieve the same things that I have. Because if I can do it, then I truly believe anyone can too. I was always a chubby child growing up. My mother was supportive though and she never told me anything bad about my weight or tried to "help" me diet like some of my friends mothers did with their children. So, I was pretty clueless until around the age of 13. That's when I finally realized that I wasn't like most other girls my age and I was being penalized for it. It was that epiphany that led me on my nearly 15 yr journey of trying to find the best way to lose abdominal fat. I quickly realized that high school was not going to be a fun place unless I could figure out how to look like the popular girls. So it began...

The entire summer before high school I tried every crash diet I could find. In the end though nothing seemed to work. I would lose 10 lbs only to gain back 20. It was the never-ending cycle that I would come to loath and hate for years to come. I never made that popular crowd and by the end of high school had only had one boyfriend who in the end had just taken advantage of my low self-esteem.
